Four generations ago two people had similar but entirely seperate ideas. In a world where young fledgling Superheroes and Supervillains had nowhere to go and no way to learn the ropes, they decided quite on their own to establish a place for these youngsters to go.
The Justice Council decided to build Chryfder's Private Academy and Finishing School to educate future Superheroes and make a safer world with well-educated heroes. With an extensive course list to choose from, every need would be catered to.
Arkadi Volkov, once known as the Crimson Menace, founded the Volkov Institute to educate future Supervillains and ensure the world would be plagued and terrorized by only the finest and most well trained. Students would always be supplied with a fantastic selection of courses to meet their every need.
So... what's the catch? Well, they were built across the road from one another. And as you can imagine, there's one whopper of a rivalry between the two.
